Return Policy
To initiate a return, the customer must register the return within 14 days of receiving the order. Returns must be announced by sending an email to info@limaya.nl. Returns that have not been registered within this period may not be accepted.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free from any unpleasant odors, and in their original condition. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included with the return.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned items upon receipt. If a product shows signs of wear, damage, stains, alterations, missing tags, unpleasant odors, or is otherwise not in its original saleable condition, we may determine that the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
In such cases, we reserve the right to reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value of the product, or, where the item is no longer suitable for resale, to refuse the return in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
If a return is refused and the customer wishes to have the item sent back, the costs of returning the item to the customer are the responsibility of the customer. The item will be shipped once the applicable shipping costs have been paid.
If we do not receive a response from the customer within 30 days after notifying them that the return has been refused, we reserve the right to discontinue storage of the item.
